From 1 to 120: Responsible Growth and Management of a Brokerage

Managing brokers have a tremendous responsibility to the real estate consumers in their state and market. The provision of brokerage services relies heavily on having brokers in place who can adequately supervise the licensees in their firm while providing support, training, and advice. Much like a chef in a 5-star restaurant who often goes unseen, a broker can possibly have the largest impact on the overall transaction itself. The final product simply would not and could not exist without well- informed and active broker supervision. This course is designed to tackle many of the most common issues facing supervising brokers in today's real estate environment. Travis will discuss the issues of growth, supervision, advertising, client protection, and compliance in a fun and informative way that is sure to leave brokers with a valuable new perspective on their roles.

**This class satisfies the Supervising Broker Update requirement of the MT Board of Realty Regulation**

This is a 4-hour class, it's worth 4 CE credits, and will keep a current Supervising Broker Endorsement active for this license year. We're holding the class from 8 to Noon on May 2nd at the Colonial Hotel. Cost for the class is $0 for anyone with a 2019 HAR Education Voucher; $80 for HAR members without a voucher; and $160 for non-HAR members. Please be prepared to pay at the door.
