The Helena Association of REALTORS® (HAR) has nearly 500 REALTOR® and Affiliate Members and has been providing the Helena area with professional real estate services for over 25 years. Our members are passionate about our community.
HAR recognizes the need to sustain and enhance the quality of life enjoyed by Montana's citizens. We believe we can build a better community by supporting quality growth and seeking economic and housing opportunities that embrace the environmental qualities we value, while protecting the rights of property owners.
About the Helena Association of Realtors®
The Helena Association of REALTORS® is a not-for-profit trade association of real estate professionals from the Helena area. REALTOR® members of HAR are also members of the Montana and National Associations of REALTORS®. HAR, “Helena’s Voice for Real Estate,” represents over 300 local REALTORS® and appraisers, and over 40 affiliated businesses.
HAR provides affordable continuing education, Code of Ethics enforcement, and extensive networking opportunities for members and affiliates. We also raise money to inform the public about issues and to support local, state, and national governments in all aspects of real estate, property rights, and home ownership matters.
The Helena Multiple Listing Service, or MLS, maintains current market information, computer support, and an automated lockbox system for convenient and safe home showings. Residential listings entered into the Helena MLS also stream to www.openhouseshelena.com as well as numerous local realty websites and national sites like www.realtor.com.
MLS allows your REALTOR® access to every local real estate listing, so he/she can find the house that is the best fit for you and your family, and to market your real estate to a very wide audience.
